Hi to all couples,
My name is Tony and Taormina is my hometown, this is where I live and work with my wife Isabella who is from Australia.
Since 1981 I own an Irish Pub which throughout the years has become a meeting point for tourists and locals who come to spend their holidays
in our breathtaking town.
Owning a pub gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of Irish and British people, that is how it all began.
This is a brief summary:
In 2002, an Irish couple, named Lydia and Brian, who had become regular customers walked in; I noticed that Lydia looked a bit upset so I asked
why and
she said: "We just got engaged!! " I said: "Wow!! You
should be happy then!" And she said: "Yes I am and Brian
asked me to marry him
here in Taormina!! " I said: "Wow!!
That is so romantic!!" She said: "Yes, it is!!
But when
today we went to gather the necessary information, we
quickly realised that it is all so complicated since we don't speak
the language
so it
is impossible for us to get married here and it is not
going to happen. Just too complicated!!"
I really felt moved so I offered to take them around the
following day to see if I could help them in any way to
organize their wedding here
in Taormina.
Well, after a few hours, that "It
was not going to happen!", it became: "Yes!
There is going to be
a wedding here soon!"
During the next 2 years, mostly through word of mouth,
Irish couples came to visit me in Taormina,
telling me how beautiful it is here and asking
me to
organize their wedding too. Then in 2005, when Sunway
Holidays decided to add Taormina as a Wedding
destination, they where looking to
for a co-ordinator, I
offered my services, they agreed, so we began to
collaborate.
Since 2002 I have been organizing
many Irish and British weddings. We now
organise weddings for other foreign citizens too.
I would say that the
major
difference between ourselves and most of
the other planners is that
we are based in
Taormina,
therefore 100 % personal service is
guaranteed.
Your requests and the organization of your wedding will
be co-ordinated directly by us.

the paperwork, administration and necessary legal
requirements for your religious or civil wedding
day;
◊ Book the church for you;
◊ Hire an English speaking priest;
◊ Arrange photographer and videographer;
◊ Florist,
music for the church and bridal car;
◊ Organize the venue for your reception;
◊ Arrange a live band or/and a DJ;
◊ Organize hairdresser and beautician;
and whatever else you need for that special day.
